In-Person & Livestream 11am Sundays | This action packed story told in John 2:13-22, happened days before Jesus’ death just like today – days before Holy Week. This story shows that the love of Jesus drove Him with so much passion and zeal to clean the temple area. He introduced the radical shift starting with the change of the temple being a physical building to Himself as the temple and from Himself as a singular person to Himself being with everyone. This was to make clear that being with Him is the true way of life. “With Him” means our self worth, drive or meaning of life is not defined by other people, things or events. Being with Him and the awareness of His presence within us is our drive in life (John 14:9-21).
