Sustaining First Love Culture: Sharing Is Neighboring 2

In-Person & Livestream 11am Sundays

To sustain our first love, embodied in the Risen Lord, is to be a disciple of Jesus. To be a disciple is to live resurrection life. Resurrection life is about sharing the life of Jesus. To be a disciple of Jesus is to be one who shares – one who is neighboring. To make disciples is to be a neighbor to those around us. The striking characteristic of a disciple/neighbor as defined by Jesus, is the willingness to self-sacrifice in sharing goodness with others. To know Jesus and to make him known is to be a neighbor, to be a disciple. Sharing is neighboring, neighboring is discipling!

We’d like to stay in touch.
