Prayer and praise are an immediate way we join the life of Father, Son and Spirit. When we engage in sharing conversation with God, we are in communion with, or participating in the life of Father, Son and Spirit. Prayer and praise (which is also a form of prayer) is a gift from God to us to participate, commune together with the Triune God and to align our hearts and actions with Father God.
