Resurrection Sunday Sermon: Jesus Sees You, He Knows Your Name

On Resurrection Sunday, we do not worship a day. We worship the risen Lord. Then what? What is the eternal impact of the reality of Jesus Christ and him risen? The risen Lord is risen with you. The risen Lord sees you, and knows your name – both your earthly and heavenly names. The understanding of being risen with Jesus speaks to living lives of participation in Jesus. We are invited into an intimate relationship with our Lord who sees us, knows our names, loves us and sends us out as vessels of his good news and love.
