Human behavior boils down to a myriad of choices that reflect our love of God or our love of a counterfeit God named Satan. We become slaves or servants to our choices. As Paul put it, to whom you yield yourselves servants to obey his servants you are. In Deut. 30:19 God presents Israel a choice between life and death, blessing and cursing. God said “choose life.” Choosing life is choosing God. God’s will is that we choose Him-not out of fear or constraint-but because we love him. That’s God’s greatest desire.
