As human beings, we face life’s troubles, traumas and tears. Out of love, God sent his Son to the world to let us know that we matter to him, that he is with us. The Son of God became embodied, came in the flesh, became our neighbor in rescuing us and sharing with us the love-joy life of Father, Son and Spirit. We’ve been chosen by God through Jesus and by his Spirit to participate in Jesus’ ministry of pointing people to himself as Savior and Helper. We do this in the wisdom and power of Jesus through his Spirit.
