As the saying goes, we have two ears and one mouth so that we may listen twice as much as we speak. God speaks to us, do we listen? He speaks to us in love and for love. God’s complete, gracious communication of love to us and for us is by his Son Jesus Christ. To listen to Jesus is to listen to God. We do so through his Spirit. How good are we in listening to our Loving Father through his Son by his Spirit in an age of a cacophony of distracting noises?
