Jesus says we are his house, his home and that his house is a house of prayer. A house of prayer describes a people in whom his Spirit dwells who are dedicated to sharing their hearts with God and listening to him in growing intimate relationship. We do so as individuals and as a group or in groups – brothers and sisters together – as the family of God. How zealous are we to be a house of prayer as Jesus desired and demonstrated by driving out the distraction from the temple before his death?
